The property was reasonably clean throughout my stay.
I encountered several issues during my stay that left me frustrated. The check-in staff member felt less friendly than others I've seen, which was disappointing. I also faced unexpected valet charges that weren’t clearly explained despite my inquiries. Furthermore, I noticed pet hair on the mattress, which posed a significant health risk due to my severe allergies.

Service with a Smile
The staff consistently went the extra mile, making me feel truly valued. Their warmth, especially during breakfast with personalized service, created a welcoming atmosphere every morning.
Sadly, the minibar was warm and offered overpriced items I couldn't use. Also, I found the pantry cupboard on top to be dusty, which was quite off-putting.

Good or Bad?
Incredible staff made my stay enjoyable with personal tips about the area. The location between Georgetown and GWU campus was a major plus for exploring on foot.
The breakfast options were limited and quite pricey. I wish the restaurant timings were more convenient for guests wanting late-night meals.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large glass shower and a double-sink vanity, which made our stay comfortable. However, the absence of traditional room service was disappointing, as the limited dining options didn't meet our expectations for a full-service hotel. Additionally, we faced some delays with the elevators during our stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic for exploring nearby historic sites, perfect for those long city strolls. While the staff was friendly, the bar's limited hours and options were disappointing. The room's layout felt somewhat awkward, but the bathroom was a highlight with a large soaking tub.

Nice room with a large bathtub. Good location for walking tours around historic sites. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. Bar has limited hours and options.

missingWrote a review on Jul 13room service absence
The absence of room service was a significant letdown, especially after a long flight and minimal options in the restaurant. Also, the minibar held overpriced items that I couldn't use, while the presence of stale water in the coffee maker felt unclean. Having to pay extra for things like internet and a lack of laundromat facilities during a lengthy stay was inconvenient and disappointing.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The heavenly bed felt amazing after long days exploring. Bathroom was nice too, with a large soaking tub and shower combo. Minimal street noise was a plus, but the room design was a bit awkward with that column in the middle. Overall, pretty stylish and clean, but some room layouts could use a rethink.
